We have to take some mindful time to see how we’re doing and how we can use our intentions even more.
I do this on a weekly basis and I hope you will too.

- Shaming or blaming ourselves
- Comparing ourselves to others
This is about:
- Noticing Progress
- Going deeper
- Re-focusing
