Christel, loved your talk. “We’re wired to be love, to be wisdom” Thank you for this reminder, I’m needing this reminder in my life right now. Blessings to you dear Woman.

Thank you for sharing your wisdom. Enjoyed the example that wild animals/gazelles model for us. A good reminder of how I need to shake it off and let it go so I have the energy for whatever is next.

Isn´t it worrying how we forget who we are? I just spend a long time trying to figure that out. Your talk fits right into my journey! Enjoyed it a lot, and I love the connection to ancient wisdom and rituals. Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom!

Lately I can identify with that what you said about the inner wisdom. When you just know with your whole body would you have to do and feel bigger. That would be a great place to stay. I also have a lot of little rituals. At some point in the day I always try to celebrate. I light a candle. To show the celebration is starting. Play a happy song. It really makes a difference no matter how crazy it sounds. I guess because it’s a little date with myself and I remember that I matter.
