    EFT has helped me release anxiety and worry in my life. It is a simple way to really focus on a message that needs to be incorperated into ones thought process.

    Hi Toni,
    Thank you so much for your talk! This is something I can completely relate with. Our bodies ARE so wise!
    Nice that you mention the inner narrative. I hadn’t thought about it that way.
    With the positive messages I felt very open and happy, and opening up. But when you said the ‘negative messages’, I felt very emotional straight away, and wanted to close down.
    I want to respond to all you are saying, because it is so useful for me, but than I would only copy what you say and add my own thoughts about it 😊😉
    So thank you soooo much! I will listen to it again!

    Great Talk! I loved really feeling the differences between the two messages and the physical difference in my body – and so true how our thoughts/beliefs really do manifest physically. And how familiar it was to feel the negative set of messages and relief that I don’t have those feelings often. I found out about EFT a few years ago and how great to have someone actually show me how to do this. I always love seeing you speak and shine 🙂

      Judie! Yes, that experiential is so powerful! Really brings awareness to the current that our thoughts carry! and… EFT can be really powerful stuff, glad you got your first tutorial!

    Wonderful talk! It was a great reminder to cultivate better to listen to myself and trust myself. The chocolate cake analogy is a easy to remember and used – loved it! I absolutely loved the exercises as well. Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom, Toni and Christina!

      Yes! Very few of us are raised to “listen to ourselves” so these techniques can be really useful. And I love what you’ve said about trusting yourself…learning to listen to the body is key to learning to trust yourself! The body knows! Glad to know that the experiential was helpful, it really does highlight the impact that our inner narrative has on our body states~

    I think I was having negative talk even during the positive talk during the experiential. Like I thought I was in danger to say good things to myself. So I’ll have to see what’s going on there.

      What excellent noticing! And your vulnerability in the share wows me! Let’s be curious about the story you’re telling yourself around self praise and check in with yourself around the mantra “I am worthy of being positively affirmed ” and see how your body responds. If you’re experiencing deep resistance, this may be a great opportunity to try a round of the EFT with the tap phrase : “Even though I do no feel worthy of being positively affirmed, I deeply love and accept myself.” Check back in and let me know how this felt~
