How we nourish our bodies has a lot more to do with confidence and self-love than you might think… but when we put good things in with joy, it makes a huge difference in how we feel, think and show up.
This week, we have a special guest, Brigitte Gemme, from the Vegan Family Kitchen to talk to us about the benefits of eating a more plant-based diet. She's not here to push veganism on you, but to make your time in the kitchen more joyful and flowing so you actually enjoy creating good food for you and your family.
Here's what you'll learn:
- How Brigitte's journey brought her to teaching about food (2:20)
- What flow in the kitchen is about (11:20)
- Why the food we put in our body is important for our cells (13:06)
- The conscious compromise (16:10)
- How I plan meals for the week (19:10)
- The current culture of food (21:55)
- Making food more fun (26:19)
- How the quality of our food impacts our health and menopause (36:22)
About Brigitte Gemme:
