About Natasha:

Natasha Harris lives in London and is the founder of Mind Body & Soul Energy where she supports people to transform their lives through awareness and mindfulness in order to reconnect to their life purpose. As an accredited coach sharing the wonders of Mindfulness, and a Reiki Master, she also offers spiritual guidance, Akashic readings, past life healing and meditation sessions.

Natasha’s background is originally in logistics and IT, so she brings a very grounded and practical approach to all the work she does. She has always had an active participation and deep interest in environmental and social issues, and this has taken her to many beautiful and remote places around the world, meeting people and having experiences that have shaped her life along the way. Her business continues to support various causes in different ways.

Natasha meditates daily and has an ongoing yoga practice. As with any practice, her own mindfulness practice continues to evolve and become a way of life. She is delighted to share her journey of self-discovery with you in her Ebook and in her regular blogs.

What I loved about listening to Natasha was her ability to convey how she discovered that moving house or occupation to another place wasn’t what she needed to do to find the beauty of her life right where she is right now in each moment. She expanded her conscious mind to include so much more that is always on offer if we connect with our senses and shift our perspective. Great listen. Thanks for sharing!

Exactly. We all have the ability… sometimes we make the choice more difficult or forget we have choice. Thanks for listening!
